Ben 10: Starfighter

Another transformer inside the Omnitrix, Starfighter is the largest transformer that Ben can change into. He transforms into a starfighter that looks simmilar to the jedi starfighters in Star Wars Episode II. The glass of the cotpit protects the Omnitrix if anyone tried to change him back into his human form. The lights on his forearms can be used as lazer cannons. He can also fly in both robot and starfighter mode.
