Description

I guess this one could possibly count as my official Gemsona.  She's really my female persona, but I think that still counts.  Since this one is my special gemsona, I've decided to add more to her info.

Name: Luzi Sodalite Roark
Gender: Female
Race: Human/Gem
Gem: Sodalite located on her chest.
Weapon: Some type of sword

Sodalite was part of Rose Quartz's army many years ago.  She was known for being a great gem engineer and inventor.  When their war was over, Sodalite left to explore the world like many other gems.  Over the years she interacted with many people, who she inspired to help shape the future by becoming inventors.  People like DaVinci, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, and even Steve Jobs.  She saw how much potential humans had to create things that would help shape their future.  After years of inspiring others, Sodalite decided it was time for her to give herself up to someone else.  So, she sacrificed her physical from for a young baby girl named Luzi who's mother she knew very well.  Thus, Sodalite's blue gem was now Luzi's, resting in the middle of her torso.

Although Sodalite was gem that was smart and inventive, it didn't seem that much of that was given to Luzi when she inherited her gem.  Luzi didn't even learn how to talk as quick as most babies learn, which was most likely a sign that she had some form of autism.  But there was hope for her.  When her mother brought home a complex building set, she watched as toddler Luzi was building it just like the picture on the box!  As she grew older, she began to show more signs of her inventive talent.  She had a head full of big ideas.  Later on she learned about Sodalite and what she did for her, and came across a gem named Citrine who had two other half-human half-gems like her.  Eager to learn how to use her gem to its full potential, she went with Citrine and the others to an old Crystal Gem Temple that was surprisingly part of Luzi's Aquarium home within the zoo where her mom worked.  She's always curious about how gem stuff works, and full of ideas that she wants to try.  She even once repaired the old warp pad that was part of the temple, much to Citrine's surprise.  And then they used it to reunite with the other Crystal Gems at Beach City.

Personality: Luzi likes to tinker with objects and build things.  She has a head full of ideas, but sometimes she has trouble trying to decide on which one she should do.  But, she's eager to learn about how certain gem-related tech works and tries to use what she knows about it to make her own gem tech.  She thinks that she can create gem vehicles of her own design using pieces left from Peridot's hand-ship.  She also helps the other young human/gem's like her to come up with creative ways to use their weapons.  Just like Steven, Luzi sometimes has issues learning how to control her gem.  But she figured out how to summon her weapon, and likes to try out fusing with others.  Sometimes she gets flashes of blueprints in her head, and sees stuff about Gem Technology like virtual schematics.  She tries hard on trying to figure out how to control her special sight.  Even Steven tried helping using his healing powers.  But despite Steven's efforts, Luzi still needs to wear glasses and still doesn't know how to control her schematic-vision.

Relationships
Steven Universe: Steven was excited to see more human/gems like him, which he refers to as his cousins.  Luzi and Steven get along pretty well.  She allows him to help brainstorm with her whenever she gets stuck on something, and he's always willing to help her relax and get Luzi to take a break when she's been working too hard on one project.
Pearl: Luzi can respect that Pearl knows a lot more about gem stuff than her.  But she doesn't like it when Pearl tries to keep her from learning things she really wants to know about, which usually ends up with Luzi leaving one of her projects half-finished.  She doesn't like being held back.
Amethyst: Even Luzi knows when to chill and have a laugh.  That's why she sometimes hangs out with Amethyst whenever she wants to have a good time.
Garnet: Luzi respects Garnet because of the amazing gem she is, and since Luzi has Sodalite's gem, Garnet trusts her to help figure out how all this new advanced gem tech from Gem Homeworld works.
Citrine: A gem that fought beside Rose and the other Crystal Gems long ago who as an artistic talent and is full of creativity.  Luzi often turns to her for guidance in learning.  After all, creativity is the force behind many great things in the world.
Tali: A Human/Gem like her, Tali and Luzi have something like a tomboy sisterly relationship.  The two sometimes spar with each other.  Other times they play video games or watch movies.
Nomi: A Human/Gem like her, Nomi helps Luzi by teaching her all that she knows about dancing.  They are very good friends to each other.
Ammolite: A gem that isn't really used to modern technology, and Luzi tries to help her cope and be a good friend to her.
Chris: A boy the same age as her who is interested in her and gem stuff.  He sticks by her side a lot because he likes her, and has no family of his own.  So Luzi tries hard to come up with a special Gem weapon for him so that he can protect himself from Gem Monsters and stuff.
T.J. Grotto: A Human/Gem like her, T.J. helps Luzi brainstorm on their homemade gem tech.  They do it so often that they've become best friends.
