After Turbo/King Candy meet his doom by flying into the hot soda of Diet Cola Mountain, some of his code remained and was used to create a monster of a heartless.

Another idea I had for this boss.

You know that in KH, they also have bosses and minibosses of actual Disney Villains? Well since this Heartless was created from Cybug-Corrupted King Candy's remains, maybe you'd have to fight Cybug King Candy before it as a MiniBoss. Then after the part where Cybug King Candy is destroyed, suddenly a ton of Heartless and Cybugs fly in. Then afterwards, this boss, the Cybug Racer Heartless suddenly emerges out of the Soda-Magma stuff and proceeds to attack you and attempts to avenge Cybug King Candy's death.

If it's the cybug that ate King Candy I think the legs need to be yellow. otherwise it looks good

Alternatively!

A heartless is gobbled up by a Cybug, which turns it into a heartless/cybug Hybrid, Which then eats one of the cars, resulting in... well...

It'd be awesome if it could, but... We'd have to cut out a lot of the characters. Maybe if we focused on the important characters, and made up other arcade games for Game Central Station. Because I think It'd be the three worlds interconnecting, Like in the 3DS game for Wreck-it Ralph.

Possible, but it's gonna have some changes. In my own opinion.
