For my friend 
His character as a Star Sapphire from DC comics. The outfit was something special I thought of. The top is sorta like a mix match because of the asymmetry, while the bottom is symmetrical. I always saw Chance as almost unpredictable in a good way, so the outfit is supposed to reflect that. I couldn't find a place for the star symbol on her torso, so the idea of putting them on her wings seemed fun.
