Thought of this one while I was thinking about the crossovers in Lilo & Stitch the series.
Experiment 250: Sprocket. This 6-foot-tall experiment will eat technological equipment, and then assimilate the equipments abilities to add on to her own. She is activated when Lilo and Stitch accidentally end up in the Dragon Booster world, where she starts eating all sorts of dragon gear!
